Special Packaging for November's Paper Pumpkin Kit
I get super excited about my craft kit of the month. And by now everyone has heard my excitement over and over again. This month's kit is super worth it – I can tell! Why? Well, because it has special packaging and a cool name! LOL
The November kit is Wonderful Winterland. Also, the box is blue instead of the orangey-red it usually is! I recognize that the brand is orange, but it would be so much prettier in blue or teal! Hopefully Stampin' Up! puts out more special boxes in beautiful colours like this. I save the boxes to store supplies and odds and ends, and I so prefer the pretty colours.
So far I haven't had a bad experience with kits in special packages, so I'm really looking forward to this one! Christmas is right around the corner, and I am getting ready for it bit by bit.
Here's a peek at the Paper Pumpkin Wonderful Winterland box:
Well, Paper Pumpkin kits usually come with enough supplies to make eight (8) cards or a combination of cards and gift boxes. All kits come with a photopolymer stamp set and the ink spot as well. It's everything you need to sit down for half an hour to start and finish a project!
These kits are great for when you don't have a lot of time to create, but want to start and finish something in one sitting. They are also budget friendly, especially since you get one stamp set, an ink spot and the supplies. I like to take one to work to create over my lunch hour, for something different to do on my break. I also enjoy sitting down to create a project kit after I've studied a lot on the weekend; it's a nice treat and a great way to unwind.
Given the special packaging design I would say this kit is going to be all about Christmas. I'd say it's all cards – the most common thing people create at this time of year. Hopefully the outside packaging images are included in the project – they are beautiful! The layered lines of snow, buildings and trees would make a lovely dimensional card. I enjoy layering in my projects to add interest and colour; it's an easy way to step up a design.
I can't wait for my Paper Pumpkin kit to come in the mail….stay tuned for a look inside!!
